Before you leave us, it's important to properly terminate your agreement. You do this digitally through "My Pages" under "My Agreements". Once you have signed the termination, you will receive a confirmation via email. You find your notice period on your contract which you find on My pages.

SGS offers short notice periods for our accommodations, and we have several hundred tenants moving in and out every month. We require this notice period to manage the rental, administration, and inspection of all accommondations. Therefore, we are unable to shorten or amend your agreement. It's crucial to plan your termination well in advance to avoid potential overlapping rent payments when moving within SGS or to another property owner.

Remember to do a  change of address to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
