Your keys must be handed over to SGS Customer Service no later than 12 noon on the day after you agreement expires. If the move-out day occurs on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, all keys must be returned no later than 12 noon on the first weekday. SGS Customer Service is open every weekday from 9 am - 4 pm. There is also a key drop-off where you can leave the keys every day Monday to Sunday between 7 am - 7 pm.

You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is cleaned on the day your contract expires, regardless of whether you have handed in the keys before the move-out date
